Customer Service Training

Join Training and Development for Customer Service on Wednesday, Dec. 7 from 1:30- 4:30 p.m.

Gain the communication skills needed to help meet and exceed the customer’s needs and learn to provide the highest level of customer service! We will be reviewing a variety of customer service challenges and how we can better serve our customers while improving ourselves in the process.

Learning Objectives:

After this training, learners will be able to:

  • Defining customer service, both internal and external
  • Recognizing how attitude affects customer service
  • Exemplifing active listening skills to identify customer needs
  • Building rapport while providing customer service in-person, by phone, and online
  • Better understanding how to interact with challenging customers
