If staff receive an influenza vaccine outside of ANTHC Employee Health vaccination clinics, they must provide documentation to update their employee health record. Here are the instructions for updating documentation in myHR.
The requirement to get a vaccine applies to the following ANTHC employees:
Vaccinations are automatically documented in myHR for those that attend the ANTHC Employee Health clinic for influenza and COVID-19 vaccines. Please remember to wear a mask and maintain physical distancing.
Quadrivalent injectable flu vaccine, including preservative-free options, will be available to employees (this includes all staff, volunteers, students, contractors, etc.). Employees with egg allergy can ask for egg-free Flucelvax (ccIIV4) quadrivalent flu vaccine.
