Employee Vaccination Clinic

The schedule for the next two weeks is:
- Tuesday, Sept. 20, 7 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- Wednesday, Sept. 21, 7 a.m.- 7 p.m. in CONFERENCE ROOM 1
- Thursday, Sept. 22, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- Friday, Sept. 23, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. in CONFERENCE ROOM 1
- Monday, Sept. 26, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- Tuesday, September 27, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- Thursday, Sept. 29, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- Friday, Sept. 30 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Who is required to get an influenza vaccination?
While all employees are strongly encouraged to get the influenza vaccine, employees working on the ANMC Accredited Campus are required. This requirement is slightly different than the COVID-19 vaccination.dditional details are available below or refer to ANTHC Flu Vaccination Procedure, HR-511-010.
If staff receive an influenza vaccine outside of ANTHC Employee Health vaccination clinics, they must provide documentation to update their employee health record. Here are the instructions for updating documentation in myHR.

Vaccinations are automatically documented in myHR for those that attend the ANTHC Employee Health clinic for influenza and COVID-19 vaccines. Please remember to wear a mask and maintain physical distancing.
Quadrivalent injectable flu vaccine, including preservative-free options, will be available to employees (this includes all staff, volunteers, students, contractors, etc.). Employees with egg allergy can ask for egg-free Flucelvax (ccIIV4) quadrivalent flu vaccine.
