Flu vaccines now available for staff!
Employees can visit either Employee Health office location to receive a vaccine. If you receive your vaccination from Employee Health, no documentation is necessary to upload to myHR.
- Healthy Communities Building (HCB) first floor, M-F, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., 729-4578
- Hospital first floor, M-F, 7 a.m.-4 p.m., 729-2900
- Walk-In clinic at ANMC, Healthy Communities Building; 9 a.m.-9 p.m., Monday-Friday; 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sundays.
- Anchorage Native Primary Care Center drive-thru flu vaccinations (through month of November): 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday
- If you receive your flu vaccination at the Walk-In Clinic or at the Anchorage Native Primary Care Center you will need to upload the documentation to myHR.

Medical declination paperwork was due by November 15.
While all employees are strongly encouraged to get the vaccine, employees working on the ANMC Accredited Campus are required by December 1. The requirement to get a vaccine applies to the following ANTHC employees:
- All employees in the ANMC Division (reporting up to ANMC Administrator) with the exception of the Medicaid Travel Office (located on 88th Street)
- Employees outside of ANMC in the following departments. These Departments are included because their function includes care and direct contact with patients.
- CHS
- Behavioral Health
- Clinical and Research Services
- Clinical Training
- Community Health Aide Program (CHAP)
- Oral Health Promotion
- Employee Health
- Revenue Cycle
- Health Information Mgt.
- Outreach and Enrollment
- Patient Financial Services
- Purchased Referred Care
- Admitting (Central Registration)
- CHS
