Holiday timecard reminder

The ANTHC Payroll team would like to wish you a safe and happy Fourth of July holiday and help you prepare your and your staff’s timecards for the short payroll processing week when we return from the holiday weekend on July 5. We appreciate your assistance in making sure staff are paid accurately and on time.

ALL STAFF:  All timecards must be reviewed and approved by both the employee AND supervisor by Tuesday, July 5, at 10 a.m. Due to the short processing week, the Payroll Department will be unable to process any timecard corrections that are received after Friday, July 1.

SUPERVISORS: If you plan to be out of the office on Friday, July 1 or Tuesday, July 5 and do not have a backup approver/timekeeper, please find one and contact the payroll department to set up a temporary UKG timecard approval access. Email payroll@anthc.org and give the manager’s name who will temporarily have access to the system for timecard approval. If a staff member requested PTO through the end of the pay period have them log in and approve their timecard now or before their time off begins.
