Level red: hospital access for patients limited to front rotunda entrance and sky bridge

January 27th, 2022 by Fiona Brosnan

For patients who are coming to the hospital for care or appointment (or if staff are having any food deliveries) the only two entrances open to the public at the hospital are the front main rotunda entrance and the sky bridge entrance. Both of these are open and have a screener from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. The temporary visitation policy at ANMC remains at level red. Level Red is our most restrictive visitor policy, with no visitors or escorts for adult patients except in certain rare circumstances.

After hours and on weekends, patients should enter through the Emergency Department. Patients can also page security at the sky bridge entrance and security will assist as they are able.

Staff can still use their badge to enter through all entrances. Please remember that every staff member should badge in when entering a building and not hold the door for others to help keep our campus secure.
