Reminder: please do not report to work if not feeling well

July 1st, 2022 by Employee Health

We are experiencing an increase in staff absences due to COVID-19 and staff reporting to work with symptoms of illness. Employees who report to work sick put our patients and other staff members at risk.

Please do not report to work sick, including if you are experiencing mild symptoms. Get screened for COVID-19 as soon as symptoms develop or if you think you may have been exposed.

Employee Health has test kits available for asymptomatic staff. Please do not report to the Employee Health office sick. If you are sick, do not report to work. If you become sick while at work, notify your supervisor and call Employee Health and a nurse can order a test for you.

Please continue to maintain physical distancing and wear a mask per the Universal Mask Policy

Remember – good hand hygiene practices and COVID-19 booster vaccines will help protect you!
