The APU Gear Swap is back and all ANTHC staff are invited to buy or sell any outdoor gear.   The sale is Saturday, April 2 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at APU’s Moseley Sports Center (4400 University Dr, Anchorage, AK 99508). The sale is a fundraiser for the APU outdoor gear room which supplies skiing, hiking, climbing, biking, and boating gear for student use and classes. 50th Anniversary of the ceremonial signing of ANCSA

On December 18, APU will host the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) at the Atwood Center. In 1971, Alaska Native delegates met at the Atwood Center to discuss and approve ANCSA before President Nixon signed the bill.
