Phase 3: COB+ HCB floor construction updates

The phased roll-out of floor construction in the Consortium Office Building (COB) and Healthy Communities Building (HCB) began in late fall 2022. The HCB phase is starting now with the COB expected to be fully complete in early December. Additional details are below. This project repairs flooring and building foundation damage from the large 2018 earthquake. These repairs will stabilize the soil and level the flooring within the COB and HCB. Human Resources department is on the move: new location is first floor of the Inuit Building

The Human Resources (HR) office is relocating to the Inuit Building, at 4141 Ambassador Drive, on the first floor and will open in their new location on Friday, Nov. 18. The Inuit Building will be open from 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. The HR front desk will be closed on Nov. 17 and reopen on Nov. 18 in their new location. New ANMC Imaging Outpatient Services opens in the ULMC

We are excited to announce the opening of our new ANMC Outpatient Imaging Center, located at the University Lake Medical Center (ULMC) at 3801 University Lake Drive, Suite 102. The section of the hallway between Central Registration and the restrooms by the conference rooms is currently closed due to a significant leak last night. The cause of the leak has been fixed, but please avoid the hallway while crews work on the clean-up process. All hospital televisions moving to DISH Network effective Wednesday, Dec. 15

Starting Wednesday, Dec. 15 at 9 a.m., Facilities will be starting the process to transition all ANMC hospital televisions from GCI cable to DISH Network. For our inpatients, Facilities will work with Nursing staff to ensure no patients are disturbed. Facilities will need to briefly access all of rooms with a television to complete a short TV scan. Sidewalk closure in front of Q House starting Sept. 15

The sidewalk in front of the Quyana house and the stairs leading up to the entrance will be closed from September 15 to October 4 for sidewalk construction and repair. Repaving of Diplomacy Building Parking Lot Starting Friday 6/18

Parking lot closure: parts of ED and pond overflow lots to be closed for snow removal

FYI that facilities will be blocking off portions of the ED and pond overflow lots this weekend for snow removal. With the weather warming up and the packed down snow loosening up some, they are blocking off the north portion of the ED lot and north portion of the pond overflow lot (east of the lake) in order to grade the lots down to the asphalt. New exterior building signs being installed on campus
