Human Resources department is on the move: new location is first floor of the Inuit Building

The Human Resources (HR) office is relocating to the Inuit Building, at 4141 Ambassador Drive, on the first floor and will open in their new location on Friday, Nov. 18. The Inuit Building will be open from 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. The HR front desk will be closed on Nov. 17 and reopen on Nov. 18 in their new location. Employee Performance Appraisal Update: Employee and manager-specific goals now in myHR

The FY22 Annual Performance Appraisal period is now open and all employees must complete their self-appraisal before Oct. 31. For FY23 goal setting, the third question on the self-appraisal is now updated in the myHR system. 2022 Annual Required Compliance Training due TODAY, Aug. 31!

Annual Required Training due by Aug. 31, 2022 The 2022 ANTHC Annual required compliance training is now open via the ANTHC HealthStream Learning Center (HLC). The due date for completion is Wednesday, Aug. 31. These training courses are mandatory for all staff with a hire date of December 31, 2021 or earlier. Employees hired or rehired in 2022, as well as non-employee members of the workforce, will not have this training assigned. ANTHC Paid COVID-19 Sick Time and Employee Health procedures updated

The ANTHC’s Paid COVID-19 Sick Time Procedure, HR602-01 (January 11, 2022), has been updated. The CDC recently updated its guidance on when employees may return to work after a COVID-19 infection after a reduced isolation period length of 5-7 days from symptom onset or positive test. The ANTHC COVID-19 sick time procedure has been updated accordingly. ANTHC policies update: Bereavement and Performance Assessment

The Bereavement and Performance Assessment Policies have been recently updated. The policy updates do not change the actual benefit or policy but rather provide clarity to the old policies.  Bereavement Policy: language was added to clarify the amount of time allowed to be taken off in a standard workweek, to a maximum of 40 hours. Training sessions available for new Performance Management System
