Join Training and Development for DiSC Communication: Working as a Team on Tuesday, March 21 from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Misunderstandings, miscommunications, and personality clashes prevent teams from being effective. This workshop is for individuals who would like to help their teams grow and improve productivity and efficiency while working together to form strong, cohesive teams. You will learn DiSC communication style strategies and methods to capitalize on the strengths and understand the weaknesses of each personality style to work more effectively with your team.

Sign up in HealthStream, search the Catalog for DiSC Communication: Working as a Team, click Enroll or Choose Class to register.
Training and Development recommends you complete DiSC 1: Understanding You and DiSC 2: Understanding Other Styles, prior to registering for DiSC 3: Working as a Team, but it is not required.
Class is hybrid (in Person and via Zoom). For the best training experience in Zoom, Training and Development recommends that you use a camera and microphone to participate.
