ANTHC EpiCenter’s Syndromic Surveillance Program Informational Brown Bag

The ANTHC EpiCenter is pleased to offer this informational brown-bag, which is open to all ANTHC Staff.
This session is designed for those interested in learning more about syndromic surveillance, and how it is used to support the Alaska Tribal Health System.
Syndromic Surveillance is a valuable tool that allows for the near real-time monitoring and analysis of health-related data to identify potential outbreaks and public health threats. Our program aims to support Tribal Health Organizations by providing timely situational awareness within their communities, in addition to supporting the overall Tribal Health System.
During this training, we will provide:
- An overview of syndromic surveillance, including relevant success stories
- A demonstration of ways that the EpiCenter provides technical assistance with syndromic surveillance data, including automated report generation and interactive dashboards
- Info about how syndromic surveillance data can support your program
This session will be hosted online via Zoom and is open to all ANTHC employees, but registration is required. Please fill out the registration form here.
