Ethics and Compliance New Policy Portal In-Person Training

This is an in-person training located at ANMC Conference room 2 located at 4315 Diplomacy Drive ANMC Main Hospital .

Please join us for the Ethics and Compliance new Policies and Procedures Portal Training.
We are excited to roll out the new website and train ANTHC and ANMC employees on the features and functions.
The training duration is 30 minutes. The new Policy Portal website will go live on July 3, 2023 for ANTHC and ANMC, for wide and general use.
The prior portal site will close on July 17, 2023 and will no longer be accessible after this date.
General Employee Learning Objectives:
- Learn how to access the link and log on
- Overview of the Policies and Procedures Home Page
- Learn how to conduct an advanced search
- Learn how to browse the manuals on the website
- Learn how to set up favorites page
- Learn how to use the Recent Documents function
- Learn how to use the subscriptions
- Basic overview of the reports functions
It is important that every employee understands how to access and log into the ANTHC and ANMC policies and procedures for regulatory compliance information.
The training schedule for the new Portal website is scheduled to occur over a two-week period of time.
Week one is scheduled for Tuesday through Friday, June 20-23.
Week two is scheduled for Monday through Friday, June 26-30.
