Ending the Syndemic Clinical Training – September 2024
Staff serving Alaska Native & American Indian people are invited to participate in the Ending the Syndemic ECHO programs. The program provides the rationale, program design, and tools that can be used by health care clinicians and tribal decision makers to develop and enhance programs to address the syndemic of interrelated disease states of Hepatitis C Virus, HIV, Substance Use Disorders, and Sexually Transmitted Infections. The program will offer a free 2-day training with subsequent telehealth clinics. CE credits will be available. This training was developed in partnership with Northwest Portland Indian Health Board’s www.IndianCountryEcho.org Program, ANTHC’s Liver Disease and Hepatitis Program and Early Intervention Services/HIV Clinical Services.
