Leadership Foundations: Just Culture

Leadership Foundations: Just Culture is designed to support individuals who are new to leadership roles, including new hires and recent promotions. It is also open to non-supervisors who can benefit from the valuable insights and tools shared during these sessions.

For the best experience, you’ll want to have a working microphone, a webcam, and be docked with at least one monitor.

Sign up in HealthStream, search the Catalog for the course, and click Enroll or Choose Class to register.
