Introducing Everbridge, ANTHC’s New Mass Notification System

We are excited to announce ANTHC’s new mass notification system, Everbridge, has officially gone live. This system is designed to enhance communication capabilities during emergencies, provide timely and effective alerts, and ensure the safety of our staff, patients, and visitors.

The system will rely on myHR as the source of truth for employee, contractor, and volunteer information. MyHR will automatically interface with the system each night to maintain accuracy, ensuring all contact data remains current. To make sure we can reach you during an emergency, please log into myHR to update and verify your personal contact information is accurate.

  • Go to myHR
  • Click on “My Profile”
  • Click on “Personal information”

Employees can choose to not receive these important emergency alerts by opting out or unsubscribing anytime from receiving notifications on personal devices and via personal contact methods (cell phone, email, home phone, etc). You may not opt out from devices owned by ANTHC or those supported with a stipend, or from work contact methods such as ANTHC email and landline phones.

PERSONAL DELIVERY METHODS *CAN OPT OUT

  • Mobile phone (text and/or call)
  • Home landline phone
  • Email

WORK DELIVERY METHODS: *CAN NOT OPT-OUT

  • ANTHC Ext./Desk phone
  • ANTHC Owned/Stipend mobile phones (text or call)
  • Computer Screen Takeover or Ticker
  • ANTHC.org Email

COMING SOON! Everbridge has a mobile app that staff can subscribe to. The app is not required but is an additional resource.

Receiving ANTHC emergency notification alerts is vital for the following reasons:

Timely Awareness: Alerts provide immediate information about emergencies, allowing

you to respond quickly and appropriately.

Safety and Security: Notifications can warn you about potential threats, such as severe weather, active incidents, or facility issues, helping you and your patients stay safe.

Guidance During Emergencies: Alerts often include critical instructions on evacuation routes, shelter locations, or specific actions to take during an incident.

Minimized Disruption: Being informed enables you to prepare and adjust, reducing confusion and potential risks during emergencies.

Protecting Others: By staying informed, you can assist coworkers, patients, or visitors who may not have access to the same information. Ensuring you receive these alerts is a key part of maintaining personal safety and contributing to the overall preparedness on the ANTHC Campus.

Your participation is essential to ensure the success of this system. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and prepared environment for everyone. If you have questions or concerns, please get in touch with Lore Olson at llolson@anthc.org, 907-729-7911, or via TigerConnect.
