Leadership Foundations: Just Culture

Description

The goal of this training is to create an ANTHC culture that supports safety, trust and accountability. The course will introduce you, the new manager, to the Just Culture Decision Tree and tips on creating and maintaining a Just Culture.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion, participants should be able to:

  1. Understand ANTHC Just Culture
  2. Apply ANTHC Just Culture using the decision guide
  3. Model, coach, and teach ANTHC Just Culture to staff
