Sarah took the initiative to request 75 referrals from our pending referral queue to work on as time allows between her regular ACM duties. Sarah is a stellar employee who knows the scheduling, travel and housing processes extremely well and acts as a mentor and trainer for our newer staff.
Sarah’s extra effort here will help us achieve our goal of working through our back log of referrals to help provide access to care and especially helps with the Audio related referrals.
