Becca took care of a kid on high flow who progressively got worse throughout her shift. She did great assessments on them and notified the provider and the respiratory therapist numerous times that the patient was getting worse. Patient ended up transferring to PICU the next day to be intubated. Great job advocating for your patient despite being continuously shut down. You’re doing amazing!
