A big thank you to Julie for assisting the Inpatient team with communicating with a non-English speaker for a Medicaid screening! Your assistance was very helpful and we were able to determine the patient is Medicaid eligible so that his inpatient stay can be covered. This reduced patient concern about having to pay their bill out of pocket while unable to work during recovery. Thank you for going above and beyond to assist your teammates and patients!
