Monika was calling an insurance company to check on a pt she has and found out on the pt recent admission that clinical notes I had sent were never received by them. She sent the clinical of mine again to be reviewed by insurance co. She offered to do this even though it wasn’t her responsibility. That was very kind and thoughtful. She is an asset to our Department.
