I can’t express enough how grateful we are for the teamwork Rayna shows when she is in charge; helping decompress the ER by taking med surg type patients, keeping her unit running smoothly and looking at the bigger picture and helping with our always present list of in house sitter needs. She is always a pleasure to work with and someone I know I can count on to handle anything that is thrown her way.
