Whitney is always ready to jump in and help our patients! She pays close attention to continual emails from patients or clinics and responds to them promptly. When patients call our busy phone line, she answers their call and assists with whatever they need. There was a misunderstanding that came up recently where a patient was told to bring a check to our office however Whitney was able to correctly guide the patient on what steps were needed.
