Rob was incredible with helping me today. I originally called to troubleshoot a zoom issue and that unfolded into getting my license for zoom, setting up my license for adobe, downloading outlook to my desktop so I don’t have to use office 365 anymore. I kept giving him my laundry list of “to dos” and he had a spectacular attitude and was more than happy to help me with my needs. He went above and beyond, every time I call HIT I want Rob to answer. Tremendous asset to the IT team, loved working with him.
