I wanted to pass on a compliment we received today for Ali from an outside organization. The person who called wanted to share a thank you to Ali for her professionalism and the intelligent waythat she handled the call. She said it was a delight to have Ali quickly address what she needed and that Ali took the time to research and make sure the call was transferred to the correct person rather than just passing the call off to whomever.
