Jackie is a wonderful manager. She come in the night before to check on staff we had been assaulted by a patient. Made sure they felt safe and supported them any way should could. Than because she is so amazing and kind, she came in tonight to check on the floor and staff that had the incident yesterday. Staff and I appreciated this as it makes us feel supported and hear by management
