Ja’Nae has regularly been getting difficult patients, and I wanted to recognize her for continually doing her best to take care of her patients no matter how difficult and busy they may be. She also makes sure her documentation matches all the tasks she has done as best she can and reminds her assisting CNA to do the same. She is focused and it shows in her work.
