Graham was amazing at reaching out and helping update three laptops at the same time all morning. With his great skills and work, he was able to update all three laptops with no problem. It is no easy job to work on three laptops at the same time, but he was willing to help and take his time to make sure they got all the needed updates. Thank you again, Graham.
