Payroll will distribute employee 2024 W-2 tax documents by Friday, January 31, 2025. Documents will be posted to the myHR document self-service site for download, and hard copies will be postmarked and mailed to employee addresses no later than January 31, 2025.
Check your address in myHR to ensure your mailing address is current!
Making sure that your address is current in MyHR will ensure receipt of your W-2 and other mailings from ANTHC.
From the employee myHR home page:
- Select Edit Profile.
- Click Personal Information from the menu on the left.
- Scroll down to Addresses and double-click on your current address in the system (anywhere on the blue line) to see the full current address in myHR.
- Select Change Address to update your address and hit OK to save.
- Please review your Emergency Contacts and Dependents And Beneficiaries to make sure those are also current!
