I’d like to take a moment to acknowledge Don for his outstanding support and dedication. After a busy morning with the Patient Experience team, Don and I were called on short notice to accompany a patient and their spouse on a flight to Kotzebue.
Without hesitation, Don stepped up, providing exceptional care to the family throughout the entire trip. His willingness to go above and beyond truly reflects our commitment to putting patients first.
