I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mrs. Egoak for taking the time to present at my Pathways leadership training. Her presentation on self-awareness was both insightful and thought-provoking. I was particularly struck by the statistic that only 15% of people are truly self-aware. Its a powerful reminder of the importance of self-reflection in our personal and professional lives.
