The patient stated, “I just wanted to call and compliment Miss April who spoke to me today to help me with a lot of things to do with T-SHIP. She was kind and considerate and loving and helpful and all good things and I think that she needs to be complimented for her hard work and how she treats her patients and make sure that they’re very, very, very taking care of. So, I just wanted to pass that forward.
