Jessica has helped me many times trying to assist Patient Housing, Quyana House guests, and other hotel guests directing people in need to the Volunteer Services Office. Occasionally, I get requests from health care providers about equipment a guest might need. Jessica helps locate a guest – and she does this without jeopardizing confidentiality. Smart lady!
