The Blood Utilization Review (BUR) Committee, a subcommittee of the Medical Executive Committee, meets quarterly to review blood transfusion compliance, under the American Association of Blood Bank guidance. This committee has recognized your efforts in safely administering blood per the ANMC Blood and Blood Product/Component Transfusion Administration Procedure. You demonstrated excellence in monitoring the safety of blood, ensuring complete and accurate documentation in the medical record, and providing patient education for the month of January 2025.
