Alison Michael

Last week, Alison was the only CNA for the entire ICU. She was proactive in helping to empty foleys, take out trash, and help with turns. When my patients required multiple clean ups and bed baths, she was always eager to help with a smile on her face. It is always a pleasure to work with her, and I can tell she was working very hard that evening (as usual) and still remained pleasant, professional, and proactive. I wish there were more CNAs like her!
