Elena Navas

Elena is recognized for her leadership in completing a complex water plant project that was originally funded six years ago (N3T). The project’s scope more than doubled due to ANTHC’s efforts to help the community use its pandemic relief funds by their spending deadline. The increased scope coupled with workforce shortages related to the pandemic led to schedule delays and funding shortfalls. I am proud of and impressed by Elena’s measured and thorough approach to addressing each challenge as it arose and I was excited to sign the project completion document today.
