Charles and Tyler were instrumental in getting the Thermogard up and running for a severely hypothermic patient. They were in the room consistently for several hours addressing abnormal labs, coagulopathic complications, and dealing with episodes of profound hemodynamic instability. Their attentiveness and dedication needs recognized. This was one of the sickest hypothermic patients we have seen in some time, and the fact that she made it to the CCU alive has much to do with their hard work.
