Today I was able to witness Isaac work with a patient that had refused treatment due to pain in the am. When he went back for the afternoon session the patient was trying to come up with excuses to remain in bed. Isaac was able to actively listen to these concerns while also getting the patient to engage in therapy. His calm and professional demeanor helped motivate the patient to get up and move even when the patient tried to put up roadblocks at the start of the session. Isaac was able to complete a therapy session all while being respectful of the patients needs and concerns. Thank you for delivering an quality, outstanding care to our patients Isaac!
