Tessa has been an amazing asset to this facility. There have been several instances where she has gone above and beyond to perform her job, but I was blown away by the amount of depth and care she took to search for a patient’s family member. She left a note detailing the steps she took and was very thorough in her search. If I were a patient, I would definitely want Tessa on my care team. Thank you, Tessa!
