The APU Spring Creek Farm team is excited to announce the date of our annual Anchorage Seedling Sale! This year, the sale will take place on Wednesday, May 29, from noon-5 p.m. on the Carr Gottstein Lawn on the campus of Alaska Pacific University. As always, we will have tons of garden-ready seedlings for day-of purchase. Seedlings come in 4 and 6-packs, and will cost $6 per pack. Here’s a look at some of the varieties we will be providing this year:
Basil, beets, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, collard greens, cucumbers, dill, fennel, kale, kohlrabi, lettuce, mint, oregano, parsley, peas, scallions, swiss chard, thyme, tomatoes, turnips, zucchini and more.
