As we move into the next phase of the Emergency Services Expansion project, construction crews are beginning exterior demolition on the northeast and east sides of the ANMC hospital.
The egress door and exterior walkway on the south end of the ANMC skybridge will be closed for the next two years, due to exterior construction activities. Clinical areas affected by this egress door closure are being briefed on the contingency plan for this long-term closure. Please see the graphics below for new egress routes.
The skybridge remains open and operational. Only the south egress door and exterior walkway are closed.
The south lane and sidewalk of Tudor Centre Drive between the ANMC hospital and Patient Housing will also be closed for this duration, leaving one eastbound lane open on Tudor Centre Drive.
