DiSC Personality – Understanding You Training

Join Training and Development in Zoom for DiSC Personality – Understanding You from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 7. Prior to the training, please complete the assessment here.
Homer Simpson is an “I”, Marge Simpson is an “S”, Lisa Simpson is a “C” and Kent Brockman is a “D”.
If you would like to learn your DiSC style, complete the assessment and attend this training.
During this two-hour training, you will:
- Identify your DiSC Style
- Discover similarities and differences among the styles
- Learn the priorities, motivations, stressors, limitations of each style
- Learn a method called people reading
- Develop skills in recognizing people’s DiSC Styles based on their behavioral cues

This class is offered hybrid (in Persona and via Zoom). For the best training experience in Zoom, we recommended that you use a camera and microphone to participate.
Minimum class size: 4
