Leadership Master Class: Cultural Awareness (designed for managers and/or supervisors, all staff welcome)

March 12 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Join us to better understand the history of Alaska Native peoples and to celebrate cultural traditions. What is critical for you to know as a Leader about the history of Alaska Native peoples? How can you increase awareness and address culturally insensitive interactions or remarks in a compassionate and effective manner?

• Managing cultural difference• Understanding historical trauma and the impact on Alaska Native people

This class will be held in ANMC Conference Room 2 on Tuesday, March 12, from 1-3 p.m.
