Time is limited. Learn tools and techniques to overcome procrastination, and how to delegate tasks. Learn ways to declutter and organize your workspace, including how to deal with emails and how to set a routine. Improve your prioritization skills and learn what to do when a crisis occurs.
In this training, we will cover nine ways to overcome procrastination and the steps to successfully handling a crisis. You will learn methods to declutter and manage your workflow for increased productivity. You will learn how to put in place rituals and routines to maximize your time. We will conclude the training with how and when to delegate for the best use of time and skills.
