The ANTHC Payroll team recently announced an update to our timekeeping and attendance system within ANTHC. We are excited to announce our new system, UKG Dimensions will go live May 8.
With this new system we will be able to improve reporting and streamline interactions and have faster access to time and attendance information. Another exciting feature is the new time clocks! You will be able to clock in/out with the tap of your badge. New time clocks have been installed but will not be ready for use until go-live on May 8.
We are asking leaders within the organization to encourage their employees to complete the training in HealthStream to assist in the transition. Zoom training sessions are available in HealthStream for instructor-led training from May 2 – May 26. The training sessions will be segmented into three sections for Employees, Activity users, and Managers/Timekeepers. Basic timekeeping will be the first segment and will last approximately 30 minutes. This allows Employees that are not Managers or Timekeepers the availability to sign off after the first segment.
