May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Mental Health Awareness Month staff crafting activities.

In honor of May’s Mental Health Awareness Month, ANTHC will promote weekly activities to encourage healthy ways to navigate challenges in a changing world. The activities will help us learn, act, nurture, and advocate in ways that positively affect our mental health. Please visit anthc.org/mentalhealth to learn more.

In addition to the weekly activities, the Mental Health Awareness Month Team will be offering two staff crafting sessions.

Craft 1

What: Earrings

Day: Thursday, May 16

Time: 10 a.m.-noon

Craft 2

What: Design Your Own Drum

Day: Tuesday, May 21

Time: 9:30-11:30 a.m.

Location: Education Development Center, Conference Room 1
