FamilySource can help you find the help you need to manage your work-life integration. Managing the everyday concerns of home, work and family can sometimes feel overwhelming. These worries can interrupt your workday and detract from your work performance.
ComPsych’s work-life specialists are highly qualified, holding bachelor’s or master’s degrees, and have extensive experience in various fields such as:

FamilySource works to find a fast, effective solution through its comprehensive process. GuidanceConsultant helps assess and research each unique circumstance to develop a solution tailored to your needs.
The FamilySource program will also provide you with personalized and comprehensive referral packets. They will conduct their research within two business days but can respond within 24 hours, depending upon your or your family member’s needs.
Packets will be delivered via email, fax, or second-day air per your request. Referral packets include:
- A minimum of three local referrals; detailed maps of each
- Checklists to evaluate facilities and providers
- Employee satisfaction survey
- HelpSheets related to the individual’s concerns
- Specific state-licensing standards for facilities and providers
- Terms and definitions
By integrating the ComPsych EAP, LegalConnect®, and FinancialConnect® services, their specialists can refer you and your family members to resources that address emotional, legal, or financial concerns. ComPsych regularly updates its centralized referral resource database with information from various family care organizations and other service providers.
Before making referrals, it evaluates each organization’s services to ensure they are a good match for the employee and their family. For every child and elder care case, their specialists call the referral source to ensure availability and that they meet the specific criteria outlined by the employee.
