  • Religious, Ethical, and Cultural Accommodations Policy: This policy allows for reasonable accommodations to facilitate exercise of religious, ethical, and cultural beliefs. Edits were made to section 3.3 to clarify that workforce members may request not to participate in certain types of patient care.
  • Relationships in the Workplace Policy: The purpose of this policy is to eliminate conflicts of interest, bias, favoritism, intimidation, or coercion related to close personal relationships, and to promote a respectful work environment and uphold fairness in the workplace. Changes include adding cohabitation as a relationship that must be reported to HR, and clarifying that only people in the same reporting structure must report their relationship to HR.

  • Pay Deductions Policy: This policy identifies the reasons ANTHC may deduct monies from an employee’s pay. No edits were made during this review.
  • Nepotism Policy: This policy avoids potential conflicts of interest due to family relationships between members and/or potential members of the workforce. Changes include adding a definition for Nepotism and revising references to immediate family.
  • Performance Appraisal Policy: This policy promotes increased employee performance and engagement by allowing employees to contribute to their performance appraisal through identifying key achievements, opportunities for improvement, and goal setting that will benefit them and ANTHC; and receive feedback through meaningful discussions. Changes include requiring supervisors to document performance conversations.
  • Paydays Policy: This policy establishes regular paydays and provides a means to correct errors in pay amounts. Changes to this policy include combining the Pay Errors and Corrections Policy with the Paydays Policy and retiring Pay Errors and Corrections Policy.
  • Board Financial Authority Policy: This policy articulates the roles of the ANTHC Board of Directors, including specific decision-making powers and authorities reserved to the Board and delegated to the Executive Management of ANTHC.
  • ANTHC Record Management and Retention Policy: This policy outlines where and how long to keep ANTHC business records and establishes procedures for regular review and destruction of records that are not required to be retained.
