Phase 3: COB+ HCB floor construction updates

The phased roll-out of floor construction in the Consortium Office Building (COB) and Healthy Communities Building (HCB) began in late fall 2022. The HCB phase is starting now with the COB expected to be fully complete in early December. Additional details are below. This project repairs flooring and building foundation damage from the large 2018 earthquake. These repairs will stabilize the soil and level the flooring within the COB and HCB.
