Alyssa did a fantastic job getting her elderly patient out of bed to a chair at the nurses station on 5E the morning of 2/5/17. She was very patient and encouraging and was great to see. She did an outstanding job explaining the importance of getting out of bed and providing gentle yet forceful encouragement. Love to see this.
