She went above and beyond, even thinking ahead, such as, if I may get a yeast infection or bv from antibiotics, making sure I had a thermometer, etc. She covered every inch of my symptoms, and the possible what ifs, she covered. I have never felt so heard, validated, and cared for, as Carolyn did. She made me feel so comfortable, and human! I could not thank her enough, and appreciate her immensely!”
